Minds Explode Online Programs  

Through the Zoom platform, the tutor will engage in online reading enrichment lessons with students in groups up to 5 per session. Parents may need to help set up the platform for their child. 

Enrichment topics covered throughout the semesters include: 

Retelling, Central Idea, Story Elements, and Story Development

Through the Zoom platform, the tutor will engage in online writing enrichment with students in groups up to 5 per session. Parents may need to help set up the platform for their child. 

Enrichment topics covered throughout the semesters include: 

Narrative Writing, Opinion Writing, Informative Writing, and Argumentative Writing

The subjects that can be covered in this program are English Language Arts (ELA) and Math. Parents can request a standard curriculum or opt for an individualized curriculum for their child. The first session will be a needs assessment to determine the student's primary area of focus.

Students will master one skill at a time with modeled instruction, guidance, practice, feedback, and assessments. 

Minds Explode Reading Room will excite your inner child. Students will engage and enjoy reading eBooks while developing comprehension, speaking, and listening skills. Students will be allowed to read a book to the group and engage in a variety of discussion topics to stir up meaningful conversations. Allow the  inner reader in you to wake up and enter a new world of eBooks.
